Electrical power and systems are at the heart of modern society – and so too are electrical and electronics engineers. Engineers specializing in these fields have transformed the 21st century with technologies such as universal electric power systems, television, radio and medical imaging to name just a few examples.

The BE in Electrical & Electronics Engineering program will equip students with knowledge of how the industry works, as well as giving them the engineering skills and technological knowledge needed to design, assess and improve electrical and electronic systems. As a student in this program, you will begin by learning the fundamentals of physical sciences, mathematics, and basic engineering skills. These foundations will then allow you to acquire discipline-specific knowledge and skills in electronics, electro-physics, electromagnetics, signals and systems, digital systems, and computer systems.

Vision Statement

Facilitate the development of students through a broad-based technology oriented education in the field of EEE. Emphasize the application of emerging technologies to solve problems in the fields of EEE.Design and develop products with creativity.

Mission Statement

  • To empower graduates with capabilities of Academic, Technical and Professional competence and to nurture them in the emerging fields of research, and innovative product development.

  • To develop human capital in engineering streams with an interdisciplinary orientation to facilitate competitiveness in employment and higher studies

  • To encourage the students to achieve superior proficiency by providing required training in modern engineering tools and value-added programs.
